N.C. review:
In this film, two sisters (Madeleine Wade, Augie Duke) use witchcraft to punish their abusive father after his death.
One thing that sets this story apart is that it appears to be told from a woman’s perspective. The villains in this film are not unstoppable killing machines but ordinary men who don’t like hearing “NO.”
It was dark at times and difficult to watch.
That being said, I didn’t hate it.
I would recommend this film for fans of occult horror and revenge horror who aren’t triggered by themes like incest, child abuse, and forced abortion.
