N.C. review:
In this film, a thrill-seeking internet celebrity (David Cotter) has discovered a way to communicate with his dead mother, but he can’t do it without the help of his nursing-student sister (Jessica O’Toole).
Because of the title, and because its U.S. release date was only three days earlier than that the 2019 remake, I fully expected this British film to be a Pet Sematary knock-off. It wasn’t. I mean, there was a pet, and there was a graveyard, but this film would much more accurately be described as a Flatliners knock-off. Still, it wasn’t too bad.
I would recommend this film to fans of paranormal horror.
